Were it not for the Nederburg Pinotage from the same shop, I would give this wine a top rating. It has the green pepper and plums that I expect from these grapes but it is just a little less full and rounded than the Nederburg.
Having said that, if this is what you have, then you will not be unhappy with it. As usual, it has a balance of acids and tannins that is spot on and a lovely inviting dark red colour. Wine rating 6/10. Value rating: above average.
