Fresh out of the bottle, this wine has an appealing spicey aroma and an attractive red colour. Take a mouthful and it does not disappoint. It is a full bodied wine with a very smooth texture and a spicey blackberry taste.
It has perhaps just a little too much acid but that is only a minor niggle and rather that than too little. Wine rating 6/10. Value rating: Good |
