2000 Chianti D.O.C.G. Colli Senesi

We liked the 1999 Chianti from this bottler and were keen to try the 2000 when we saw it. It was almost as good as the 1999 but not quite enough to make it a really compelling purchase.
As with the 1999, the wine was hard to fault though the taste did seem to be a little duller. Perhaps it needed a shade more acid. Wine rating 5/10. Value rating 0 |
