This was OK but the simple fact is that there is a lot of Chianti out there that costs the same but is better. The main think lasking was that there was none of the spicy-fruity sparkle that makes for a good Chianti. Other than that, the colour, texture and aroma were all appealing. If you want some Chianti and this is the nearest shop then it's OK but otherwise, you can get a better deal elsewhere. Wine rating 5/10. Value rating 0 |
