This wine is all that you might expect from a three euro Cab Sav. Dark, dry, full bodied, smooth and with a decent balance of acid and tannin.
It can challenge some French or Southern Hemisphere wines that cost 40-50 percent more and, while it is not special or remarkable, it is a decent wine to wash down a decent meal. Wine rating 5/10. Value: above average |
