Beaujolais Villages Primeur 2001 Domaine du Mandrin

This was our fourth 2001 Beaujolais Primeur and it was at least drinkable which makes it an improvement on some of the crop. With a smattering of tiny bubbles and a sherbert like fizz on the tongue guess what? It was still fermenting when bottled.
At least the bottle didn't explode though. Wine rating 5/10. Value rating -1 |
