Well, the 2006 was our favourite Cabernet Sauvignon while it was around and the 2007 has stepped nicely into its shoes.
It is full bodied with dark berry flavours and just a hint cassis and a smooth texture that just invites you to roll it round the mouth and enjoy. This will be a regular purchase over the next 12 months. Wine rating 7/10. Value: above average |
