I'm afraid that this wine did not live up to its price or label. The first impressions were OK. Pull the cork, take a sniff, pour a glass and admire the colour and all looked promising.
On tasting though, my strongest impression was of a bitter aftertaste. That might appeal to some but not to me and I can get a lot more pleasure from some of the cheaper Bordeaux wines in Tengelmann. Wine rating 5/10. Value rating -2 |
