Now this was a good choice. Often, supermarket wines with a price that is a lot lower than the label would have you expect are a let down but not this. It had a dark colour, smooth texture, full body and dark berry flavours with a hint of green peppers too.
What more could you want? How about a near perfect balance of acids and tannins to round it off? Good show. Wine rating 7/10. Value: good
