Chateau Cazeau 1996

This was four years old when tried and it had spent the last three of those in my cellar. It was jolly nice indeed but, in some bottles, the colour which was beginning to show a little brown and the taste indicated that it might well be just a few months past it's best.
Very smooth though with a slightly nutty taste and we will certainly look forward to the remaining few bottles. Only a little inferior to Grand Puch 1995. Wine rating 7, value +1 Maria, "I preferred the Grand Puch." |
