Yellow Tail 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a full bodied and smooth textured wine with mostly dark berry flavours and a hint of violets in the taste. Well, it is certainly interesting but not really my cup of tea. I do note that some of the old vintages that I have tried have had a really much stronger flowery violet taste so perhaps they are trying to play that down now.
