Since the Council in Cambridge knocked down the old Waffles and Strudels sites to make way for a shopping centre, I didn't really have any place to eat that I would have described as my favourite.

But, now I do. Just off Nevski Prospect in St.Petersburg lies the Restaurant Cat.
